**The fees include the $70 USA Swimming fee**

USA SWIMMING FEES:  All levels require swimmers to register with USA Swimming which is $70/year.  When registering with USA Swimming, the swimmer is also insured through them. USA Swimming fees are included in the registration cost.
INITIAL REGISTRATION FEE:  $120 is due upon registration.  This amount includes the USA Swimming fee of $70 and the Parent Volunteer Program fee of $50.
MEET FEES:  Meet fees will be added to each account and will be invoiced monthly.  Fees are set by the host team of each individual meet and can be viewed on the "MEET INFO" file.  There is usually a set deck fee for each swimmer and then fees for each individual event and relay.  Dual meets do not have meet fees.  There is also a coaching fee for each open meet. 
PARENT VOLUNTEER PROGRAM:  Each family will be required to volunteer 5 hours of their time during the season.  Volunteer opportunities will be provided throughout the season via fundraising, donating, referring a new member, and assisting with meets (such as timing.)  If you have fulfilled your hours by March 15, 2020
​ the full amount will be refunded to you.  If you choose to leave the team prior to your full commitment, you will not be refunded.
LATE FEES:  All accounts are to be paid in full by March 15, 2020.  A 20% fee will be added to outstanding balances.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:  Cash, checks made out to "TTAC", PayPal and insurance debit cards (such as a BCBS Wellness Card or Independent Health FlexFit card).  If you wish to pay through PayPal or use a insurance debit card, please contact us at ttacswim@gmail.com.  A 2.5% Paypal fee will be added to all online payments. 
INSTALLMENT PLANS:  Installment plans are available.  Please contact ttacswim@gmail.com  for more information.
FAMILY DISCOUNT:  10% discount for registration fees will be applied for families with 3 or more children registered.
OUTREACH PROGRAM:  Niagara Swimming LSC and USA Swimming provide and outreach program for families that can demonstrate financial need.  ​Please download, review and complete the file below if you are eligible.
