Swimmers Compete in Cheektowaga
15 Swimmers from the Tri-Town Aquatic club competed in the annual Cheektowaga Outdoor Swim Meet on July
9-11. This meet is the only outdoor swimming competition in Western New York and it is held in a 50 meter,
Olympic style pool at the Cheektowaga Town Park. Swimmers from Elma included Lydia Aroune, Kasey Boller,
Lindsey Boller, Veronica Boller, Rob Coatsworth, Larissa Gaul, Megan Giambra, Stuart Harper, Connor Krause,
Phil Stolarski, Keelan Schwab, and Jessica Wyckoff. All swimmers that competed achieved life-time best
performances. Tri-Town aquatic club serves the learn-to-swim levels up to varsity swimmers from Iroquois, Alden,
Lancaster, and East Aurora.
